His ears are fitted with AKG D-200E Microphones which output was plugged into a Sony TC-152SC and provided the sonic energy to produce our recording of this show.   • Sony TC-152SD Cassette Deck recording the Grateful Dead Concert at Dillon Stadium on 31 July 1974. My Camera bag is at my right foot, a cooler and some of my friends legs & feet. Photograph taken with a Hasselblad Camera with Kodak Tri-X B&W film. At this time the deck of choice was the Sony 152 (levels look about right here). That machine is in my studio right now.
